We aren’t just selling mere THINGS. The goal is to sell actual skills that last.
If we are to limit ourselves to deliverables, course modules, programs, and other commodities, herein lies the fault that leads coaches to believe that they can’t charge a premium.

Step 1 is understanding how your brain actually functions best and fully grasping how you think and how these things impact the programs and coaching you deliver. This is not an ad for @ghostenergy Sour Green Apple, however it did make for a nice visual effect.
People who quickly get bored with training won’t like the idea that beginner, intermediate and advanced programs generally look extremely similar.
Athletes are what we’d refer to as weight room “generalists” and sport “specialists.” They are inherently highly sensitive to positive adaptation in the weight room.
The main differences in these levels of program are:

United StatesI accidentally built an audience of people who weren’t my customers.
All the social media gurus are probably pointing and laughing at me for doing exactly the wrong thing when it comes to making content, not know who its for...
..But I wouldn't change it if I could go back and here's why...
My early content was heavily clinical because that’s what I loved talking about.
I made content that spoke to me, that I was passionate about...and interested in making...
It attracted therapists, trainerA winning coach can coach a kid who can't lose.
And a lot of loser coaches who win lost their mind in the comment section the last time I put them on display...so we're doubling down now...
Kids don't just learn plays, techniques, and game tactics.
They learn and model how adults handle pressure, mistakes, and losing.
The trophy collects dust.
The behavior comes home with your kid, and becomes the version of who they will be as adults...
99.9% of kids go pro in something other than sports..A winning coach can still raise a kid who can't lose.
Kids don't just learn plays. They learn how adults handle pressure, mistakes, and losing.
The trophy collects dust.
The behavior comes home with your kid.
Choose the coach accordingly.

United StatesMy 7-Step Formula for Creating Videos! 🪄 🧙♂️
1. Idea - having an idea for a video is important so you know what you conceptually are wanting to create.

4. Hook - this is a vital part of your video. you must grab someone’s attention within the first 3 to 5 seconds.
5. Message - you have to cIf you want to use social media to make money, build your business, grow an audience, you need to understand that your social media is not for you.
It’s for someone else.
You will make WAY more money by focusing on educating people and helping to solve their problems.
Focus on speaking to ONE person when you make content.
No one is huddled up in a group watching your content.
It’s one person who needs your help watching.
You need to understand their problems, pains, desires, goals, aspirat

United StatesTag me and @onenationovercharged in your stories, I know it’s not just me in the industry seeing this happen.
To clarify, I am not a doctor or a physical therapist and I will never pretend to be one. Just because I have a good idea of what’s happening and what to do about it does not make me qualified to diagnose pain and prescribe solutions for people.
Access to healthcare is a human right and it’s so frustrating being in a field trying to help people be healthy with such massive barriers tThis list could go on for ages but this is a good start if you’re looking for people to follow for some really solid educational content with zero dog whistles or chud behavior, everyone is tagged in the video and down below👇
