- Credits buy search and product actions at $0.05 each. Larger packs include bonus credits. Agents and humans spend from same balance.
- Do I need an account to try it?
- No. 50 searches/day signed out, 100/day signed in when prepaid balance is empty. Create account to save matches, API keys, or agent access. No card required.
- What do Team and Scale packs include beyond credits?
- Team ($500) and Scale packs include the founder's direct line. The number arrives by email right after purchase. Text anytime with a real feature ask and we build it.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused prepaid credits stay on balance. Pack purchases are prepaid. Contact team@starcovery.com for billing questions on specific charge.
- Do agents use the same credits as humans?
- Yes. MCP clients, REST API, CLI use same credit ledger as the web. Agents register via auth.md. Humans buy prepaid packs, agents by machine payment. Same balance either way.
