Feedback

Signed-in users send bugs and product feedback with Support in the app sidebar. Everyone else emails team@starcovery.com. Anyone can send a brief from the search results, and Starcovery picks creators for it and replies by email, usually within 2 days. Starcovery does not embed a chat widget.

Security vulnerabilities go to sc@starcovery.com, not to team@starcovery.com, under the rules on Security and Bug Bounty.

Agents

Agents should not use this page as an API. Search, campaigns, and credits are in the docs, OpenAPI, MCP, and CLI. Unsigned search is GET /api/search. Agent signup is /agents. MCP is /api/mcp.

Privacy and billing

For privacy requests, email team@starcovery.com from the address on your account, or use Settings. Billing questions on a specific charge also go to team@starcovery.com.
