Send Proposal delivers the campaign to the shortlisted creators. Each offer carries the terms, and the creator accepts or declines it.
Starcovery Payouts
You fund the creators who accept. Each creator is paid after the post is live, and whatever is left is refunded.
Creator pages
A creator claims a handle with one DM to the Starcovery account. Once the Starcovery team confirms it, the creator page shows their handles, numbers, latest posts, and a Hire button.
Agent access
An agent registers itself and runs search and campaigns over MCP, the REST API, or the starcovery CLI, from the same credit balance as the web.

Yes. Search is free: 100 free uses in any 24 hours with no account and no card, and 200 signed in. A search is one use. A message to the assistant is one use, plus one for each search it runs and one for each kind of creator it is asked to leave out. After that, you buy a prepaid pack.
Does Starcovery generate AI creators or video?
No. Every creator is a real person who posts from their own Instagram or TikTok account. Starcovery never generates creative content.
Which platforms does Starcovery cover?
Instagram and TikTok. Starcovery does not cover YouTube.
Can an AI agent use Starcovery?
Yes. An agent starts at /agents, registers itself, and runs search and campaigns over MCP at /api/mcp, the REST API, or the CLI. OpenAPI is at /openapi.json, unsigned search is GET /api/search, and /llms.txt says when to use Starcovery.
